My work celebrates the landscapes of the South West, forming a visual diary of my travels. I paint mainly in oil on linen, working from photographs and sketches developed later in my home studio.
In 2023, I completed a personal challenge to paint a small work every day for a year — a project that culminated in the 2024 exhibition A Painting a Day: The Year in Pictures in Exeter. The series received coverage from BBC Spotlight, Exeter Living, and Coast Magazine, and has since been published as a book featuring all 365 paintings and diary entries.
Copies of the book, along with original paintings, drawings, and card box sets, are available from my website and at upcoming exhibitions, including a pop-up show at the MAP Shop, Magdalen Road, Exeter (10–15 November).
