The Devon Artist’s Network is delighted to announce that one of our members, Josephine Grant, a woodblock printmaker residing in North Devon, will be featured on the highly anticipated television series, Bill Bailey’s Master Crafters: The Next Generation.
This exciting opportunity shines a spotlight on Josephine’s intricately hand-carved prints inspired by the nature and connections she finds in the beautiful North Devon countryside.
It’s been such an honour to represent Devon and participate in a show with such a strong focus on preserving British heritage crafts.
Bill Bailey’s Master Crafters: The Next Generation, a popular program on Sky Arts, provides a platform for emerging artisans to showcase their exceptional craftsmanship and artistic expertise, while taking on new challenges in their field of expertise.
Josephine Grant’s episode is scheduled to air on Thursday 20th July at 8pm on Sky Arts (Freeview channel 11), following the series premiere on Thursday 13th July.
The series takes Josephine on a unique artistic journey, allowing her to explore various disciplines of woodworking and expand her repertoire beyond her passion for Woodblock Printmaking.
