Overview
- Exhibition of up to 50 works
- Open to all DAN members
- All mediums welcome, including 2D and 3D
- Non-selected open call (first come, first served)
- Each selected artist will have one work guaranteed in the exhibition
The exhibition will be open daily, 10am – 5pm.
Participation & Stewarding
As this is a shared exhibition, participating artists are expected to support the running of the gallery:
- Please provide your availability to steward the exhibition
- We ask for a contribution of either a full day or part-days across the exhibition period
- Stewarding is also a great opportunity to meet visitors and connect with other artists
Application Process
To apply, you will need to submit:
- Up to 3 images of your work
- Artwork title(s), medium, date and description(s)
- A short artist bio
Please note:
- While you may submit up to 3 works, only 1 artwork is guaranteed to be selected, depending on space
- No refunds will be issued if fewer works are selected than submitted
- All fees contribute to gallery hire and the costs of running the exhibition
- We reserve the right not to select work that does not meet DAN and TAAG guidelines for suitability within a public space. In this instance, no refunds will be given
- Artists are responsible for delivering and collecting artwork on the allocated dates (tbc). Storage is not available.
- All artworks must be either framed or appropriately prepared for display using a hanging system.
- Due to space limitations, the maximum size for artworks is 100cm x 100cm, including frames.
Fees
- £20 – first submission
- £10 – second submission
- £10 – third submission
Key Dates
- Applications close: 30 April
- Artists notified: Mid of May
- Delivery of work: By Friday 31 July (details to follow)
- Collection of work: 15 August
Important
Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis, so early submission is recommended.
