Artist statement
I have been exploring different ways of making art all my life, mostly in a private way. Art for me was about being still and looking, trying different materials and seeing what happened, and usually with a plan.
Now I want to explore being in conversation with a painting or sculpture right from the start, without a plan, and see what arrives.
