Is opening her fabulous studio (with a view of the the Jurassic Coast) for Devon Open Studios for the 2nd time. Hailing from Devon, with a lifetime love of creating but it was the first Lockdown, that proved to be the start of her professional artistic journey, where she joyfully decided to commit full-time and fulfil an un-imagined dream. So with a lifetime of diverse inspiration, bucket loads of imagination and a passionate love of Teignmouth and its breathtaking coastline to draw from, her creative floodgates opened. Amanda’s work is intuitive, raw and authentic with sweeping energetic mark making, using many tools and mediums, bouncing between the rules of composition and pure instinct. Creating layers of texture and depth. Her work is as vibrant, multi-faceted and as fun as her personality. Amanda‘s work has been recognised for its uniqueness by many.  Shortlisted for VAO Emerging Artist Award, selected for the fabulous London FLUX exhibition four times. So with regular exhibitions, including 7 ‘Solo’s’ under her belt, some world wide sales, the journey ahead for this Devon lass is looking very exciting.
