I am a printmaker based in Exeter.
My work is primarily Linocut, a medium I find endlessly satisfying for its expressive and stylistic potential. My work has an illustrative and at times cartoon inspired style, along with a sometimes dark, humorous or satirical edge. I also work with Photoetching, Drypoint and Screenprint.
One of my key areas of interest is humanity’s relationship with nature, and this is something much of my work relates to. I am interested in storytelling through imagery, and whilst my work often relates to important and daunting issues, I juxtapose this with a playful style.
