Beth is a textile artist working from her home studio in the heart of mid Devon. She uses a wide variety of techniques including embroidery, applique, fabric dying and painting to create one-off pieces of art and jewellery. She regularly opens her studio to visitors and teaches workshops in a variety of crafts.
Beth trained and worked as a costume maker for theatre and film. A move back to the south west meant a change from costume work but provided plenty of inspiration to allow her to recreate the natural world in textiles.
