Kali

Sculpture, Mixed media, taxidermy. H40 x W30 x D20 (cm)
Kali is the goddess of destruction and death, and, simultaneously, creation, rebirth and new beginnings.
Often, we consider death to be an ending but it can also be seen as the ultimate transformative process.
Symbolically Kali asks us to be fearless and stop making excuses; the time for change is now!
She is intentionally scary, tongue out, teeth bared, adorned with severed body parts, brandishing her scimitar, challenging us to be courageous and wake up before it is too late.
