Gallery Serenity, Brunswick Street, Teignmouth is an independent gallery which, until now, has required exhibiting artists to steward.
For a trial period the work of non-stewarding artists will be accepted in return for a 50% increase in the usual fee.
This will mean that a £6 per month fee will increase to £9.
The fees for stewarding artists could be reduced depending on uptake.
