After 8 years with an established positive presence in Teignmouth, due to changed family commitments, The Words & Pictures Gallery is for sale (the gallery remains open and running in the short to medium term until a new owner is found).
The gallery is in a central position with good size front shop and window. The secondary area in the back has been used regularly for pop-up /solo exhibitions and Devon Open Studios. It would also make an ideal studio space for any artist-owner wishing to work on site. The gallery is currently stocked by many talented artists with good quality work of a varied genre. There is a regular customer base as well as passing trade and seasonal visitors.
The current owner has not fully utilised social media so, as well as the current solvent business, there is a great potential to both hit the ground running and increase sales.
