Extended Bio
Andrew Sinclair MRSS SWAc is a professional sculptor, working to commission for 30 years. His monumental bronze sculpture for the Duke of Wellington's Regiment Memorial in Halifax, Yorkshire received the Halifax Civic award in 2021. Andrew's bronze sculpture of David Bowie is located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and is, to date, the only public sculpture of David Bowie in the world - the artist's copy is here in our studio in Devon. The Sculpture School was founded by Andrew and Diane Sinclair in 2010 and re-located to Bondleigh in 2014 - this year we celebrate our 10th Anniversary in Devon. The Sculpture School is world-renowned and attracts students from all over the world to learn realist, figurative sculpture skills.
The Sculpture School is a world-renowned centre of excellence for realist sculpture - a stunning space filled with inspirational sculptures by Andrew Sinclair MRSS SWAc and the schools' many students. Come and view the David Bowie Sculpture and Andrew’s latest works, meet the artist and discover more about our exciting sculpture courses.
