Artist statement

We create art designed to spark conversation. And we do this using a whole variety of mediums including collage, printmaking and UV resin work. Inspired by growing up beside the coast in Torbay, family trips to Dartmoor, vintage ephemera and pop culture influences, our work is colourful, fun and eclectic.

Extended Bio

Jam is the contemporary art collective of Devon-based creatives Michael Jones and Glen Middleham. Based in the ancient stannary town of Ashburton and nestled on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, we create original art and prints depicting the beauty of Dartmoor and the coastal towns of South Devon. Visit our boutique gallery and shop on Ashburton’s bustling high street. Ashburton is a vibrant town full of art, history and culture conveniently located on the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth. You can also visit madebyjam.co.uk to view and order our entire range of prints and original art.
