After initial training in Textile Design and periods of work making theatre props, wig making and pottery work, I studied Fine Arts majoring in Ceramics in New Zealand. On returning to the UK I bought a kiln and started making, drawing Inspiration from my garden and the wider Mid Devon landscape. I make in a spontaneous, expressive way aiming to combine texture and pattern with an organic earthiness.
I mainly sell my work at ArtPlus Frames in Crediton and in Tiverton Museum.
