My images relate to landscapes, places and people that are or have been significant in my life. I work in a variety of media and often use found pigments and other material, experimenting as the work develops. Most recently I have been documenting the changes in the Lower Otter Valley, working en plein air, as the 'restoration' has taken place - recording the sites and colours, and responding to express my feelings. I continue to work regularly on Dartmoor, with a focus on stones, walls and tors; and the coast throughout the South West.
