I want to use my imagination as an aid to finding new ways of work. My background in art teaching and formal art training provides a strong foundation to build from. Figurative and natural forms is where I began my love of drawing. I use this discipline as a springboard to free my mind and experiment with building stories often supported by newspaper clippings and imagination. During Covid I I began my Talking Collages Series with words as my art form. This engaged a different part of my brain as I had to pay attention to meaning and form in another way.
