Luna North is a contemporary British landscape artist based in Devon. She is a painter/printmaker. Luna studied Fine Art Degree at Falmouth School of Art and Foundation Art at Epsom.
Luna is a painter who uses rich and evocative colours inspired by nature.
Luna's themes are the wildflowers, insects and weather patterns of Exmoor where she lives. She shares the fascination of observing nature through the craft of multi block colour Linocut printing. Her printmaking is made using linocut which are printed on a large etching press.
Luna's work has been exhibited in galleries across the South West, also London. She was filmed by BBC Channel 4 as an Exmoor Artist for the Devon and Cornwall program. She has shown with the Royal Society of British Painters in London.
