Lisa Dionne Pugh - Green Woman Healing Art
Therapeutic Reiki-infused Art Meditation sessions and Neuro Art techniques for transformative healing.
Lisa is an art teacher and artist. Using a variety of mindful techniques, intuitive approaches and making her own paints and artists' tools from nature, she encourages creative well-being that promotes deep, restorative and inspiring outcomes.
She is a Co-Founder of The Deer Wood Trust, a conservation and education-based social enterprise in Loddiswell, that she runs with her partner Marc Biddle.
Living off-grid since 2013, Lisa works in and with nature and uses these natural energies and her peaceful surroundings to amplify the beneficial healing effects of both her practices and the ever-evolving artwork that flows through her.
Lisa is also a Reiki Practitioner and an experienced energy healer. In 2015, she recovered from the chronic pain and fatigue condition known as Fibromyalgia. This recovery became her catalyst to found ‘Green Woman.
She now combines her skills as an energy healer and natural ‘Healing Art Facilitator' into her new Therapeutic Art Meditation sessions that she runs at Deer Wood in the Spring and Summer months, alongside Natural Paintmaking Day Immersions.
Lisa also practices her own particular style of Neuro Art', which is based on the personal expression of feelings and sensations held within her body. These are translated into flowing lines on the page, connected and supported by colour and pattern, focusing on transmuting old mindsets and belief patterns into lighter and more nourishing ones. Each piece is a direct reflection of her own evolution.
