Sculpting and working in close proximity to both moor and sea is an inspiration and a challenge. After several years of stone-carving, I have also returned to clay, enjoying its immediacy and diversity. Translating what I absorb from nature leads to evolving forms, exploring textures, unlocking movement and defying gravity.
Recently I moved from my studio in the heart of Chudleigh to further my creativity nearer to my home in Teignmouth. I am a member of South West sculptors, West Country Potters Association and Make SW in Bovey Tracey. I have exhibited widely in Sculpture gardens and galleries in the West Country
